Data Ingestion
Raw data was ingested from multiple exported reports and automatically appended into Google Sheets using Apps Script, ensuring consistent structure and preventing duplicate records.
Data Cleaning & Standardization
The raw data was transformed into a clean, type-safe dataset by parsing dates, normalizing numeric formats, and standardizing percentage fields to ensure analytical accuracy.
Data Modeling (Mart Layer)

KPI Definition & Validation
Key performance indicators were carefully defined using best BI practices, including ratio-based metrics calculated from aggregated values to avoid misleading summaries.

The final dashboard was built in Looker Studio with interactive filters, trend analysis, and conversion views to support business decision-making.
